theuntamed_mdzsI've been keeping a running Twitter thread of Untamed/MDZS fics that focus on the female characters. I thought people here might enjoy them and also that it might be nice to have recs somewhere a bit more findable than twitter. So here they are! Each rec is pretty short because it's copy pasted form twitter.
"Tall Once More In The Spring Wind" by FayJay -- pre-canon AU where all the moms get together and save each other! (Note that this WIP has gotten more focused on WWX and LWJ's generation a therefore less focused on female characters)

Earlier chatter on twitter today reminded me that I should check the Jiang Yanli/Wen Qing tag. So I found this very cute missing scene between the two of them! "close to you" by xingchenlesbian

Continuing on my Jiang Yanli/Wen Qing recing "i am no bird; and no net ensnares me" by Itabane Featuring a very badass Jiang Yanli and Wen Qing risking her life to heal people! Also fun Wen sibling dynamics!
"She's Coming Down the Mountain" by Kakushigo Here's a Boashan Sanren focused story!
and finally four Yuletide recs:
"The Past Didn't Go Anywhere" by FairestCat There are rumors of healer and Jiang Cheng wants to know more..
"Arpeggio" by ShadarasBàoshān Sànrén/Lán Yì featuring the invention of the Chord Assassination Technique. I loved the little craft details in this!
"The empty spaces by your hearth" by salinatrixx featuring Mian Mian LWJ friendship!
I loved this Wen Qing centric AU, also featuring Jiang Yanli being a badass!
"Ring the Bells (That Still Can Ring)" by Shadaras
I have more female character focused fic in my marked for latter so I expect I'll keep adding to the twitter thread. I may come back here and do a part two sometime.
